Rachel Sunda, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Hello, I am Rachel Sunda and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).  My clinical focus is on working with couples and individuals who desire a greater feeling of being seen, heard and loved. I work individually and in relationships helping you meet your needs through difficulties due to past traumas, negative repetitive patterns, built-up resentment, grief, and much more.

My approach to treatment is client-centred. I attune to your needs and style of processing. It is an honour to work with clients, listening, feeling and attending to a sense of where you are so that you can progress to where you desire to be. I believe in the power of using your authentic voice and body’s innate wisdom in achieving a deeper understanding of who you are and what your core needs are.

Linda Yeong, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

I am Linda Yeong and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I intend to create safe, warm, and inviting therapeutic sessions where the clients are empowered to develop self-compassion and to find hope in their dilemmas. I can help equip them with strategies to cope and build a much better version of themselves through psychotherapy. I collaborate with clients to work towards agreed-upon goals.

Clients in relationships can be helped to: explore and express feelings, discover the capacity for personal growth and change, and track cycles that block them from communicating well.

Sessions can be done in Filipino if desired.
